We bought our motorhome used in a private sale. Meticulously maintained and kept both inside and out, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The layout is efficient yet comfortable and the appliances all work well as they hadn’t been used much. Upholstery on the benches and sofa as well as driver and passenger seats is in mint condition, and all cushions are firm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and though it’s a bit of a challenge to make it up because it’s in the slide-out, I can use the standard queen bedding we use in our home. The bathroom is easy to use and clean and the shower is adequate with space to get clean. Love the retractable shower door, too, as well as the skylight over the shower space. The windows in the rig are numerous and large, letting in plenty of light and making for easy scenery viewing. Vents are also numerous with two of the four being covered by ventilated hoods to avoid rain getting in. The cabinetry is lovely and there’s lots of room for storage. Kitchenette is very efficient yet has a good amount of counter space with a two-piece cover for the large farm sink making it easy to get prep work done. On-demand hot water is wonderful though my husband replaced the water pump with one that has more oomph; the unit’s own pump couldn’t deliver consistently hot water without running cold every so often-not a pleasant surprise when in the shower! Convection microwave means I can serve freshly baked foods and the air conditioner is a big help for warm afternoons. Heater works great and keeps the nighttime chill at bay. Overall, a quality rig (original SRP 100K brand-new), bought at a nice price and one we plan to keep for the foreseeable future. Show less

I bought this during the pandemic and it was hard to get this model (or any other for that matter). I wanted this particular unit for its size, floor plan, ability to go offroad and support for four-season camping (or at least the shoulder seasons). We happened to find this as a dealer that didn't realize they had it on their lot. There were a few things wrong from the beginning but the service was good in getting it road-ready. Additionally, i added a number of upgrades to extend its ability to stay off-grid. The trailer is great four 2-4 people. You can spend weeks in it with two.... four may get a bit cramped after a few days. Tank sizes, augmenting fresh water with jerry cans, allows me to stay out two weeks before I need to come in for a dump. This year's model has all aluminum frame so it pulls and handles well. There could be better quality in the windows and shades or cabinetry. It does seems to leave a little more pixie dust on the counters after pulling all day than my previous trailer but the previous trailer was not appropriate for getting out on BLM land or shoulder season so this was a good upgrade for the intended purpose. DO NOT RECOMMEND AIRSTREAM or AIRSTREM RANGELINE. We purchased a new 2023 Airstream Rangeline in Feb 2023. The day of pick up, we noticed cabinets out of alignment, broken/missing items, unclean unit. We have been having issues with this unit since day one of pulling out of Blue Compass RV of Greensboro. On the first night- discovered a myriad of malfunctioning/dysfunction items, including electrical/ heating/water heating/battery charging/water tank & cabin temperature sensors/low glycol, water pump, overheated generator, MIRA app, and more. This unit has been in and out of service since purchase, and there solid since April 2024 for the same issues with heating, cooling, sensors, failed battery, leaking, electrical, and other things. In addition, there were a couple of mold infestation events while the vehicle was under the care of Blue Compass RV of Greensboro. There were multiple visits to the dealership and multiple failed camping attempts due to the unit malfunctioning. The last drop off was in April '24 was primarily due to the same heating, cooling, and electrical problems, cabinet misalignment, & collapse of a cabinet while driving, among others. Multiple issues were due to shoddy workmanship and poor-quality control. The heater didn't work in the winter and the AC didn't work in the summer. A few molds infestation incidences and roof leaking occurred during the service at Blue Compass of Greensboro. We asked for a replacement of a new working unit that does not have a history of mold issues and constant mechanical failures, or just give us a refund. Even though we purchased a new vehicle, neither Airstream nor Blue Compass RV is willing to step up and compensate us for our inconvenience, the loss of money/time/planned vacations. Rangeline is a hit and miss. Unfortunately, our unit was a miss with multiple signs of poor-quality control and engineering issues with having different software programs working together. PURCHASED: Feb’ 23 PICKED UP: March’ 23. DROPPED OFF FOR SERVICES: March, April, June, Sept, Nov of ’23, March ’24 twice, April ’24 and still there (now Sept 2023) – beyond Lemon Law. Show less

We purchased our STT333VFK travel trailer in August 2024. It's mid-September 2024. what I thought was going to be an exciting RVing experience is turning out to be a nightmare in less than a month of ownership. We purchased our RV, stocked it, and parked it at an RV resort for college football season. after three weekends of football season, we woke up on a Sunday morning to a leak coming from the shower, going into the living room and spreading into the kitchen. we checked under the RV and we discovered a large pocket of water trapped between the outside undercarriage liner and the subflooring. I've tried calling Venture RV to ask them one simple question, but I guess everyone that has purchased one of their RV's is calling them with complaints, because after 5 calls, they still have not reached out to me. All I get is answering machines. I am very disappointed in my Venture RV, and their customer service. I don't want to break camp and drive 270 miles, and then wait for weeks on in to get my RV back because I paid for my RV spot for the entire football season that ends in the first week of December. The RV experience should not be like this. Venture RV's made everything pretty but the waterlines, and other things that you can't see are shit! If Venture RV won't stand behind their product, I guess I'll have to take drastic measures with my next move. Show less

We love this Fleetwood model. We use it in Florida during the winter months and are only selling because we bought a park model and won't need it now. It is very livable for long term use and is ideal for full time camping, There is plenty of storage below and above(we added extra shelving and pull out pantry drawers) If you like to watch TV, there are three to choose from including the front one with a Firestick for watching shows on the internet. We like the confection microwave for making pizza's. Also the electric ceiling heat is nice for cool days (the floor heat is gas). We have also hooked up a external gas line for adding an external 20# gas tank. The line can also be used to hook up an external gas grill. Fleetwood Motors Homes (REV) is located in my home town of Decatur, In. They are very reputable and their service department is excellent. This unit is kept under roof when not in use and has been serviced by Fleetwood and everything works. Show less

The quality after 8 months is very disappointing. Leakages caused damaged interior parts, very poor finishes and quality of used materials is very disappointing. Airconditioning fan in living room stopped working, sunshade motor cover missing, windows can not be locked any more, sun screens inside poor quality. The driving behaviour is very unstable with the slightest side wind. Above 50 mph it can get really scary on the highway. The engine makes a lot of noise on higher speed and starts shifting down very quick when driving on a hill which causes very high rpm. Show less

The overall construction so far is above most RV ‘s that I’ve owned. However this is a 2024 model and they have put a stereo system in it that has no remote so you must get up to change the sound for the tv surround sound in a cabinet that is 6’5” from the floor. Needless to say my wife is barely 5’tall. I’ve spoken with everyone I can at DRV to no avail . The simple fix is $110 from another source to have a tv sound as it should be in the current century.
